In the role of site manager, you work with different parts within our projects and you are given responsibility for many parts of the project implementation. Your duties include ensuring planning and implementation regarding quality, finances and schedules. In the role you participate in procurement and have contact with clients and in the workplace you are responsible for the work environment for professionals and supervisors, you also ensure that they can drive the project forward with the right resources. Working actively with development and getting the working group to work towards common goals is part of the role.

You are proactive, curious and have a habit of independently driving your and others' work forward. In your role as a leader, you are unpretentious and work towards the common goals of the projects. As a person, you are used to adapting to new situations and tasks. At NYAB, there are opportunities to develop and you as a person need to be confident in independently developing working methods and finding the information you need to move forward.
