Tasks

In the role of supervisor, you have an independent and varied job with great personal responsibility. You are involved in the development of schedules and together with the site manager you plan and lead the projects forward and follow up the scheduling. Furthermore, you document and ensure quality, environment and working environment. You have a key role in allocating resources and ensuring that the team is constantly working in the right direction at the right pace to achieve the goals. You actively participate in project planning at the same time as you carry out work preparations together with your colleagues in the team.

You work closely with your employees and have opportunities to grow in the role and gradually take on more responsibility and develop within the company internally.

In the role, you start from home and work mainly in Norrbotten where the projects are located. This means that you are out traveling for periods and it should be something you enjoy. This means that some flexibility is required to meet the expectations of the role, but NYAB values a good work environment and will have a dialogue about what the puzzle of life looks like for you before you are assigned a new project.

Education, experience and personal qualities

• Good experience in the industry
• Good leadership skills
• B driving license
• Experience of project work is an advantage
